2. Taxi & Vehicle Services

• Vehicles are provided according to the category selected at the time of booking, subject to availability.
• In exceptional circumstances, we may provide an equivalent or suitable alternative vehicle.
• The vehicle should be used only for the agreed travel purpose and route.
• The customer is responsible for providing correct pickup and drop-off details.
• Additional charges may apply for route changes, extra kilometres, additional waiting time, or additional stops.

3. Tour & Tempo Traveller Bookings

• Tour packages and Tempo Traveller bookings are subject to vehicle and service availability.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Entry fees, parking fees, toll charges, permits, accommodation, food, and other expenses will be charged according to the selected package or agreed quotation.
• Customers are responsible for following the agreed itinerary and travel instructions.

4. Pricing & Additional Charges

• Prices displayed on the website may vary depending on the vehicle, travel distance, duration, route, season, and service requirements.
• Any applicable tolls, parking charges, state permits, entry fees, driver allowances, or other additional expenses may be charged separately unless specifically included in the booking.
• The final fare will be based on the booking details and quotation confirmed by our team.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of booking and how close the cancellation is to the scheduled travel date.

7. Driver & Safety

• Our drivers are expected to follow applicable traffic and safety regulations.
• Customers must follow reasonable instructions provided by the driver for safety purposes.
• Drivers may refuse unsafe travel requests or route conditions where continuing the journey could create a safety risk.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Vishnu Dev Tours & Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide services on time. However, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Road closures
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or public disturbances
• Other unforeseen circumstances

9. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Vishnu Dev Tours & Travels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
